Goal

Elevate the online shopping experience by improving site navigation, enhancing product discovery, and delivering a user-friendly interface that seamlessly guides customers from exploration to purchase.

Approach

We started by digging into user behaviors and identifying key friction points in the existing site. This insight shaped our focus on simplifying the customer journey with intuitive product categories, a refined search experience, and interactive product pages showcasing bikes with detailed specs and lifestyle imagery.

The design approach emphasized Schwinn’s rich heritage while giving it a fresh, modern look. We used bold visuals and clean layouts to strike the perfect balance between brand storytelling and functional e-commerce design. Through iterative testing and collaboration with stakeholders, we created a platform that not only boosted conversions but strengthened Schwinn’s connection to its community of riders.
