School Fundraising Admin Platform

Goal

Fundraising should be simple, impactful, and inclusive—giving schools the tools to rally their communities and achieve their goals with ease. This project focused on building an all-in-one platform that streamlines the program performance by tracking the fundraising process, enhances participation, and drives meaningful connections.

Our was to design a user-friendly platform that empowers schools to run successful fundraising campaigns, offering robust tools for tracking progress, sharing updates, and engaging supporters.

Approach

We started by gathering insights from clients, field team members, parents, and participants to uncover the barriers they faced in running and supporting fundraising efforts. This research shaped our design strategy, which prioritized a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile devices.

The platform featured an intuitive dashboard for real-time progress tracking, customizable campaign pages, and social sharing tools to expand reach and boost engagement. A clean, accessible interface made it easy for schools to showcase their mission, while automated communications kept supporters informed and motivated throughout the campaign.

We also focused on creating a fun, interactive experience by integrating leaderboards and goal milestones—turning fundraising into a rewarding, community-driven effort.
