Hello! Nice to e-meet you! I’m Michelle, a product design leader who’s passionate about creating amazing software and mobile app experiences that make people’s lives easier. I believe great design starts with listening—really understanding what users need—and turning that into intuitive, impactful solutions. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building, leading and mentoring talented UX designers and researchers, helping them grow their skills and confidence while building products that truly make a difference.

One of the things I love most is building collaborative, creative teams where ideas flow freely, and everyone feels empowered to experiment and solve problems together. I’ve led programs like Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Client Advisory Boards (CAB) to keep real user insights front and center, and I’ve built design systems that keep things consistent and scalable across platforms. Whether it’s a mobile app interface or a complex software solution, I’m all about balancing innovation with usability and creativity.

I’m a cool mom, wifey and teenager wrangler as my 2nd, 3rd, 4th jobs. 🙂 As well as the president of my daughters amazing competitive cheer program and non-profit. We are a busy sports family and love to adventure in new places while having fun!

I’m looking forward to starting my next adventure and chapter of life while living it to the fullest.
