Physician Billing Application & Dashboard

The goal of this project was to design an admin dashboard and physician billing application for Ingenious Med that optimizes physician productivity and hospital performance. The solution provides intuitive, data-driven insights and workflows, aligning billing processes with value-based care to improve overall efficiency for healthcare providers.

We began by conducting in-depth user research, sitting down with clinicians and billing specialists to map out their workflows and uncover common frustrations. These insights helped us prioritize features that mattered most, like customizable dashboards, streamlined data entry, and real-time claim status updates.

Our design team focused on creating a clean, user-friendly interface with thoughtful navigation and visual hierarchy, ensuring users could find what they need with minimal effort. Prototypes were tested early and often to validate our ideas and refine the experience. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, we ensured the final design was not only functional but adaptable to future needs.
